Following on this month's debut concerts with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre Philharmonique Royale de Liège, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Jiří Rožeň makes his debut with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra on October 31. Jiří and the orchestra are joined by Alexandra Dariescu for Grieg's Piano Concerto. Other pieces on the programme are from his homeland - Dvořák's Noon Witch, Smetana's Vltava and Martinů's rarely performed Symphony No.6 ("Fantaisies symphoniques").
